Carlye and Blake chose the most perfect summer day to exchange vows at the beautiful Notting Hill Farm in South Wales, New York. This venues sits on top of a hill with an absolutely STUNNING view of the countryside, and I joked that the guests playing games during cocktail hour will probably never throw bags of corn in a more scenic place for the rest of their lives! It was sunny, 75 degrees and downright perfect!

I’ve known Carlye for over ten years: from high school basketball, to attending the same college, to the countless weddings she’s been in that I’ve had the honor of photographing! She and her family are ALWAYS the first ones on the dance floor and the life of every party. It’s been nothing but pure joy to be able to see them again and again over the last decade! I hadn’t met Blake until I photographed their engagement session last summer, and it’s safe to say that I knew right off the bat that he and Carlye were a seamless compliment to one another. It wasn’t until last Friday that I could confirm that their ENTIRE group of friends and family are the perfectly mixed cocktail of kindness, humor, and over-the-top fun when together. I can only fathom how exciting their future holiday gatherings and birthday parties will be every season from here on out!
