If you follow along with my adventures on Instagram, you’ll know that last week I mentioned I was doing a photo session with some of my favorite people over the weekend! Everyone… meet the Fredricksons. These people are so near and dear to my heart. John and Rachel came to me about a year and a half ago about capturing their family portraits; Carter was just a few months old at the time. Now, just 18 months later, I have officially captured their family on four occasions, but this session marked the very first in which they were a family of FOUR!

Little Lincoln joined their family all the way from Texas. Yes, TEXAS! While John has been working so hard being away at the New York State Police Academy, Rachel flew down to complete all the paperwork and bring their new son home! She was gone for over three weeks while big brother Carter stayed with their loving family back home. It was so beautiful seeing their little family together at last. I know John & Rachel are going to be the most amazing, loving parents to Lincoln. I have witnessed the way they have loved and cared for Carter, and Lincoln could not be any luckier to have them as his family.

As fellow lovers of Chick fil-A, Charleston & most importantly, family portraits, I’m sure this will not be last time you see the Fredricksons come up on my blog!! They are MY people and I’m so grateful they choose me time and time again to be their photographer.
