I knew I was destined to shoot this wedding when I found out this couple’s last name was Hanna. To top it off, they told me upon inquiry that they were getting married at Becker farms, which is only one a letter off from my last name (NECKERS). And as if this couldn’t get any sweeter, I ended up bringing my sweet friend, Jessica Husted, to second shoot on the day of their wedding. SOO… Hannah & Jessica were shooting a wedding where the bride’s name was Jessica Hanna.

Coincidence? Heck NO! We were MEANT to work with this couple. And there are not enough words in the dictionary to describe how amazing they truly are. Jessica Husted and I are OBSESSED with this bride and groom. Jay and Jessica are some of the kindest, most laid back, wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Holy freakin’ cannoli people! Details, upon details, upon details… this wedding was such a joy to capture. I adore Jess’s detail oriented, over the top, Joanna Gaines loving spirit. She totally channeled her inner HGTV queen to plan this wedding. I don’t think we could have ended my 2017 wedding season on a better note. Seriously. Perfect weather, perfect light, perfect details, and the perfect couple. This day will forever hold a special place in my heart.

Jay + Jess- I cannot say it enough. I am o.b.s.e.s.s.e.d with you two. I would shoot your wedding day over and over again if I could. I am so glad Jessica (Husted) was able to join us for your day, too, because it made everything all the sweeter! We laughed and laughed with y’all and could not have asked for more. Thank you for everything you did to make us feel loved and appreciated. I’m counting down the days until I get to take your portraits again. Have the greatest honeymoon EVER in my favorite place; Charleston doesn’t even know how lucky it is to have you two visiting! Love you always! XOXO
