Timothy & Megan officially became Mr. & Mrs. Murphy at the STUNNING Brickhall in the Hollow in Clarence, New York, last Saturday! Surrounded by their incredible family and friends, Tim & Megan had the DREAMIEST ceremony and reception space designed by Sara and her team at Beck & Forth Co! (If you haven’t seen their work in the past– they are utter magicians! FYI- you are in for a REAL treat while scrolling this blog!!)

These two dreamed of a winter wonderland for their big day and were somehow graced with every other season, instead. When we arrived in the morning to start the day, it was overcast and mild, but eventually the skies opened up to drench The Brickhall with gorgeous sunlight, just as the ceremony began! (It was sixty degrees in WNY in December, which is basically UNHEARD of!) By 3:30 PM, it was raining with 50-60 mph winds, and by 5:30 PM, the venue had lost power completely! The entire wedding party was dancing by candlelight for the rest of the night. It was truly one of the most memorable days I’ve ever been part of!

Normally, you’d assume a bride and groom would be devastated by such chaos, but Megan & Tim didn’t let the forecast or any hiccup in the day steal their joy. They are infectiously joyful and STUPIDLY in love… and you will see that in every frame documented from their wedding day within this blog! I’m still pinching myself that I got to be part of it all. This vendor team worked so hard to make their wedding dreams come true, and I think it’s safe to say they freaking CRUSHED it!

Mr. & Mrs. Murphy—

You two are the definition of a dream couple. Even when the wind took over and we were only able to document five minutes of outdoor portraits, you exuded joy and laughter the entire time! I am so thankful I was able to meet your families, celebrate your love story, be part of your favorite day ever, and end my 2021 wedding season on such an amazing note! I can’t wait to see where life takes y’all from here!!! In the meantime, enjoy reliving this little recap of your beautiful day; there will be even more beauty waiting in your full gallery so soon!

The rain stopped for a few moments, so we tried to sneak back outside for some portraits. About five minutes into them, we were hit with 50 MPH winds out of NOWHERE! The wind picked up and didn’t stop for the rest of the night! (As you can see, it really bothered these two and ruined their whole day…….)

Is there such thing as oversharing too many details from a wedding day?! (Asking for a friend….) While curating this blog, I could not help myself! Beck & Forth Co did SUCH a remarkable job, it deserves to be highlighted 1000X over!

In the middle of dinner, all the lights went out and the guests were left in the dark for the remainder of the evening! They danced the night away as if nothing even happened. It was the best!
