Kandace & Derek met me at Quincy Cellars in Ripley, NY, to document their summer engagement session throughout the property’s vineyards. As a summer bride myself (just a few years back), I am terribly biased when I say I absolutely LOVE the tones of summer here in Western New York. I swear that it’s the most underrated time of year to be photographed! The days are long, the sunsets and golden hour light are always on point, and you finally have the bronze tan in the middle of summer, just in time for your portraits. Fall is wonderful and Christmas is my favorite holiday, but I am truly a summer girl at heart!
