When 2017 began, I decided I was going to become more intentional about sharing my life and work with the rest of the world. I started with the creation of a new website. One long month of building, designing, and literally pouring my heart out on to page after page of the web, along with the assistance of countless customer service reps (bless y’all’s hearts!) has brought me here. I took some serious pride in the accomplishment I made, and soon realized that the hustle was just beginning.

I have always known blogging to be an important part of any photography business, but up until now, I had placed that crucial task on the back burner. And we aren’t talking like a four burner stove top here. This is like a mega stove that has 20 burners, and I placed blogging on the farthest possible one, directly next to flossing your teeth daily. (Because honestly does anyone actually do that? If you tell your dentist you do, you’re either lying or have way more motivation than the average human) Anyways, months would go by and my sessions would be shot, edited and delivered, all before I even thought about placing them on the blog. Blogging was a hassle. One I quite honestly didn’t have time for.

But that changes today.

Today I am embarking on a journey through both words and images. This blog will contain all my adventures: the places I go, the people I meet & the love I capture along the way. And I cannot wait for you to experience it all with me! Thank you for allowing me to do life along side you, while simultaneously doing the same with me! 2017 is going to be a big year and I truly cannot wait to see what it has in store. XOXO
