It’s finally here!!! Each spring, I release my mini session calendar highlighting ALL the dates I’ll be holding sessions to my Early Bird Email List! If you’re on it, you’ve already seen this and, hopefully, booked your date! This year spots are even MORE limited!! I’m super close to selling out of summer sessions, already, so time is of the essence if you’re interested!
Here is a little run down of everything you need to know (for right now!) about this year’s minis:
-These sessions are based on a first-come, first-serve basis, meaning, once the slots are filled… I won’t be offering them again until NEXT year in 2019.
-Because of my busy wedding schedule, I’ve had to cut back the number of sessions offered. This year, there are even fewer spots available than in the past. (I’m sorry! I love y’all so much and wish I could fit 1,000 of you in!! Really & truly!!)
-Sessions will take place in the late afternoon & evening, when the light is the prettiest! We shoot as close to sundown and avoid midday sun if at all possible. (No one likes squinty eyes and harsh shadows, am I right?)
-Locations for each day of sessions is determined at a later date. I spend weeks looking for the perfect place to hold minis, and choosing too far in advance can result in a less-than-perfect location! Just know that they will be held somewhere in the Western NY/Northwestern PA area! (Once you scroll down to picture I’ve included, you’ll see the nifty little map that indicates the general vicinity we will be in!)
-If you’re looking to grab a spot on the mini session calendar, you need to email me directly at hsneckers@yahoo.com AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Please do not reach out on social media, because Facebook and Instagram fail to notify me of new messages constantly… and I’d hate for you to miss your chance at one of these spots! Email is definitely your best bet to being at the top of the list! 🙂
-Send me your preferred date and the number of people in your party! (Is it a family session? Couple/Engagement? Golden retriever glam session? JK…but seriously, I’d do it.) I will then email you back to let you know if there is still availability.
-To officially book a session, I require a $50 deposit paid via online invoice in advance. Until that deposit is paid, your spot is not guaranteed. Every year, I end up with a waitlist for minis & these deposits help ensure that everyone is held accountable!
